Point cloud still snapable even when off.

I have notice that even when turned off the point cloud is usually still snapable in all viewports even when you cant see it.

Same goes for sections.

Can this be disabled?

Maybe it's same bug as DanHaga described. When I select points with selection tools, it selects points from hidden clouds as well. When I delete those points I also delete unvisible points. That is the problem
